- Tour to include viewing green and colored peppers grown in open field, shade house, and greenhouse.
- Large pepper variety trial made up of entries from all the major seed companies, as well as university and California Pepper Commission breeding lines.
- Overview of Coachella Valley agriculture , how the water is received, how it is delivered and what crops are grown in the valley.
- See and discuss table grape production in the valley as well as citrus production. Discussion on date production for the fruit as well as the trees for the landscaping.
- Salton Sea, it's past and future plans.
